Discovery Call & Recommendations

First things first. Let's discuss your requirements and we will both agree on what's the right fit for your needs before anything else.

With more than a decade of experience, we will make recommendations to you on what skills and experience we should be looking for in a candidate.

Job Description & Initial Interview

Once we have the correct job description, you will make a minimal down payment for us to start the recruitment process. It will be deducted on the total service fee.

You only need to interview applicants that we have screened and believe that is suitable for the role.

Final Interview & Contract Signing

This is where you will conduct a final interview or assessment with the candidate/s you are considering to hire. Once you are decided, we will facilitate the contract signing.

If both parties signed, you will pay the balance for the service. Should the candidate didn't make it to 6 months, we find another candidate for you with no extra charge.
